For applying a firmware update via USB, please follow the instructions below. You will first download the firmware update file to your PC as a .zip file. You then will extract the contents of the .zip file to a FAT32 Formatted USB drive. Once you have the extracted .zip file on a FAT32 USB drive, please insert the drive into your Ewon Edge.

Once the firmware update has started, your Ewon device will go offline in your Machine/Cluster list. This page will not update automatically. Instead, you will need to manually refresh the page after waiting a few minutes. Once the update is completed and you have refreshed the page, you will now see your Ewon Edge back online and updated to the latest firmware.

You can also verify the firmware update was successful by navigating to your Ewon Edge's Gateway -> Status page and verify the firmware version is now updated. If your Firmware is up to date, you will see a Green Shield Icon next to the firmware version.
